About the role

The Model School in Abu Dhabi is seeking a dedicated Islamic Teacher to deliver high‑quality instruction in Arabic and Islamic studies. The successful candidate will create an engaging, student‑centred learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of our diverse student body.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver curriculum‑aligned lessons that maximise each student’s potential.
• Design and implement innovative, interactive learning experiences.
• Develop and maintain teaching materials and support quality‑assurance processes.
• Assess student progress regularly and communicate results to parents and school leadership.
• Review and adapt course content to reflect local industry needs and international accreditation standards.
• Perform any additional duties related to the role as required.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of successful teaching experience in Arabic within an educational setting.
• Strong command of English language.
• Student‑centred approach with effective communication and presentation abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with blended or computer‑assisted learning tools, particularly MS Office.
