IT Agent – Hotel IT Support

About the role

We are looking for an IT Agent to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems within an Accor hotel in Abu Dhabi. The role combines daily technical support for staff and guests with preventive maintenance and strict adherence to corporate IT policies.

Key responsibilities

• Perform monthly IT maintenance activities and routine preventive checks.
• Manage day‑to‑day IT operations, ensuring all computer systems, networks and hotel software run without interruption.
• Provide first‑level technical support and training to employees and guests.
• Monitor network and system performance on a daily basis and address any issues promptly.
• Execute backup, restoration and data archiving procedures in line with Accor policies.
• Identify, troubleshoot and repair hardware and software faults, replacing components as needed.
• Maintain software licences, install licensed updates and follow upgrade schedules.
• Support remote IT teams and assist with new hotel development and integration projects.

Required profile

• Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Experience implementing change projects within an organization.
• Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or CompTIA A+.

Required skills

• Network administration and troubleshooting (CCNA/CCNP knowledge).
• Hardware diagnostics and repair.
• Software installation, licensing and upgrade management.
• Backup and recovery procedures.
• First‑level technical support for end‑users.
• Familiarity with IT security, user rights and contingency planning.
