IT Assistant

About the role

Join a global lifestyle powerhouse as an IT Assistant, providing technical support within a hospitality environment. You will ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver first‑line technical support to employees and guests, handling hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond promptly to support tickets, document incidents and resolutions.
• Set up and configure computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot wired and wireless networks.
• Implement network security measures and conduct regular security audits.
• Install, configure, and maintain servers, switches, routers, and related network devices.

Required profile

• 1.5–2 years of experience in an IT role within a hospitality setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field (advantageous).
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively and maintain high service standards.

Required skills

• Knowledge of computer systems, hardware and software.
• Understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with hotel‑specific applications such as Opera and Simphony (a plus).
• Experience with network security, servers, switches and routers.
