IT Business Development Manager – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Development Manager to drive growth of our IT services and technology solutions portfolio in the UAE. You will be responsible for building a robust sales pipeline, engaging with senior decision‑makers, and delivering tailored solutions that address client challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT services, cloud solutions, and digital transformation projects.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and strategic partnerships.
• Engage customers to understand their business challenges and propose customized IT solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and commercial offers.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to exceed revenue targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure successful client engagements.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights to support business growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience in IT sales and business development, preferably in the UAE market.
• Proven track record of selling IT services, cloud solutions, digital transformation and enterprise technology.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management abilities.
