IT Cloud Engineer Azure

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on IT Cloud Engineer to join our fast‑growing technology team in Dubai. You will own and evolve a modern, 100% Microsoft Azure Infrastructure‑as‑Code environment, working closely with senior engineers to deliver automated, reliable cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain Azure infrastructure across multiple subscriptions using Terraform and Terragrunt.
• Develop and manage Azure DevOps pipelines with YAML and templates for continuous integration and delivery.
• Deploy and operate Kubernetes workloads on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) with Helm charts.
• Configure Azure networking components such as App Gateway, Firewall, VPN Gateway, Private Endpoints, and DNS.
• Automate tasks with PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripts.
• Monitor security and performance using Microsoft Sentinel, Application Insights, and Key Vault.
• Collaborate with the team and leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and its networking services.
• Proven expertise in Terraform, Terragrunt, and modular IaC patterns.
• Solid background in Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with AKS, Helm, and container orchestration.
• Good scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
