IT Coordinator – Hotel Operations

About the role

The IT Coordinator will support the efficient operation of the Information Systems department at Park Hyatt Dubai, aligning daily activities with Hyatt International’s corporate strategies and brand standards. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure technology services meet the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the day‑to‑day management of the hotel’s IT infrastructure and applications.
• Provide first‑line support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and system upgrades to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and incidents.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical problems promptly.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Information Systems, Computer Programming or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Information Systems Coordinator or similar role in a technology‑intensive environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
