About the role
GVT is seeking an IT Engineer to provide onsite technical support for its Dubai operations. The position is ideal for candidates with around one year of experience and a relevant IT certification, who can handle day‑to‑day IT troubleshooting and service requests.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver onsite IT support and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
- Assist end‑users with technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain documentation of incidents and solutions.
Required profile
- Approximately 1 year of hands‑on IT experience.
- Relevant IT certification (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco).
- Basic knowledge of IT support, networking and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
