IT & ERP Manager – Oracle Fusion Cloud

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT & ERP professional to lead the technology function for a company that provides robotic coating services to onshore and offshore pipelines, refineries, and industrial plants. Based in Dubai, you will be responsible for the overall health of the IT landscape, cybersecurity, and the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP ecosystem while driving digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Govern IT infrastructure, networks, systems and applications delivered through Managed Service Providers.
• Manage IT vendors, service contracts, licenses, SLAs, KPIs and support agreements.
• Lead cybersecurity, access management, data protection, IT policies and compliance.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide end‑user IT and ERP support, handling critical escalations.
• Stabilise, govern and enhance Oracle Fusion ERP, including Finance, PPM and Procurement modules.
• Optimise MRP, Manufacturing and Maintenance modules.
• Support Finance and Operations during month‑end close, audits and reporting.
• Oversee ERP upgrades, patches, testing and releases.
• Deliver data insights, automation and standardisation across business functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive ERP and IT experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Proven track record of leading ERP implementations and IT operations.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP.
• Background in engineering, EPC, manufacturing or project‑based industries is preferred.
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers and multinational teams.
