IT Executive – Hardware & Networking

About the role

We are seeking an IT Executive focused on hardware and networking to join our team in Dubai. The role involves providing day‑to‑day technical support across multiple sites, ensuring all IT equipment runs smoothly and users receive prompt assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, monitors and related peripherals.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting – IP addressing, LAN/Wi‑Fi connectivity, cabling, patching and RJ45 crimping.
• Support and maintain switches, routers, access points and Wi‑Fi infrastructure.
• Manage CCTV systems, including camera monitoring, NVR/DVR troubleshooting, cabling and backup verification.
• Assist with audio/sound system setup, speaker connectivity and troubleshooting.
• Install, configure and support networked printers and scanners.
• Deploy Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date IT asset inventory and perform preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.
• Provide on‑site support for new user and workstation setups.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of hands‑on IT support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and ability to learn quickly.
• Willingness to travel between company locations.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
