IT Graduate Programme for Emirati Graduates

About the role

Join Emirates’ two‑year IT Graduate Programme designed for Emirati university graduates. You will receive comprehensive on‑the‑job training, shadow senior professionals and work on real aviation technology projects within the Emirates Group.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in IT projects supporting airline operations and digital initiatives.
• Undertake structured training modules, active shadowing and hands‑on tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and maintain technology solutions.
• Contribute ideas to improve the Fly Better initiative and other innovation programs.

Required profile

• UAE national, minimum age 21, with a valid UAE passport and Khulasat Al Qaid.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• Academic record with at least a 3.0 CGPA.
• English proficiency: IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL 510.
• Completed National Service (males only) at the start of the programme.
