IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

PanzerGlass is looking for an IT Infrastructure Specialist to join its Dubai office. You will be responsible for maintaining a stable, secure and high‑performing IT environment while providing day‑to‑day support to local colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees in the Dubai office.
• Maintain and develop IT security measures.
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches and routers.
• Administer servers and ensure reliable operation.
• Handle backup solutions and data recovery processes.
• Support and administer the Microsoft 365 suite.
• Support and administer Microsoft Azure services.
• Document the current infrastructure setup and respond to infrastructure‑related requests.
• Create a roadmap for future infrastructure development, focusing on security and performance.
• Collaborate with infrastructure suppliers and other partners.

Required profile

• Technical IT‑related education.
• 1‑2 years of experience managing an IT infrastructure.
• Ability to make decisions within your responsibility area and manage a development roadmap.
• Strong communication skills for working with business stakeholders.
• Structured, proactive approach to work.
