About the role
As an IT Intern you will help keep the hotel’s technology infrastructure running smoothly, coordinating critical repairs and equipment restoration. You will also protect the organisation’s data by establishing backup procedures and performing data recovery operations, while responding to software fault reports and enhancement requests.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate critical repairs and equipment restoration to prevent operational disruptions.
- Establish and maintain backup procedures and execute data recovery operations.
- Investigate and resolve software fault reports and enhancement requests within agreed timelines.
Required profile
- High‑level knowledge of commonly used software, hardware and applications.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.
- Excellent oral communication skills to gather information and explain technical concepts clearly.
