IT Manager – Cloud & Cybersecurity

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to lead the design, implementation and maintenance of IT infrastructure, cloud services and cybersecurity across several entities in Sharjah. The role will ensure secure, reliable and cost‑effective technology delivery while supporting the group’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, endpoints and service‑desk operations for multiple entities.
• Oversee Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, cloud security, backup and disaster‑recovery solutions.
• Lead cybersecurity programmes including vulnerability management, access control and incident response.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, governance frameworks and ISO 27001 compliance.
• Handle vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, procurement and SLA management.
• Prepare and control IT budgets, identify cost‑saving opportunities and optimise cloud spend.
• Mentor and develop the IT team to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and cybersecurity.
• Good knowledge of ISO 27001, IT governance, risk management and compliance.
• Experience in vendor management, budgeting and IT service delivery.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
