IT Manager

About the role

AlphaMind is looking for a dynamic, hands‑on IT Manager to lead technology operations across its portfolio of restaurants, lounge bars, and hospitality venues in Dubai. You will ensure that all systems – from POS and reservation platforms to network and security infrastructure – run reliably and securely in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations for all venues and corporate offices, ensuring smooth performance of POS, reservation, payroll, accounting, and network systems.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology issues, working closely with General Managers and Operations teams to resolve incidents quickly.
• Design and implement cost‑effective, venue‑specific IT solutions rather than generic corporate fixes.
• Identify, evaluate, and deploy AI, automation, and emerging technologies that add measurable business value.
• Lead selection, deployment, and maintenance of POS systems, CCTV, Wi‑Fi networks, and back‑office software across all outlets.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service‑level agreements are met.
• Own the IT budget, procurement, and inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Plan and execute IT infrastructure for new venue openings from pre‑opening setup through launch.
• Develop and enforce IT policies, data security standards, and compliance procedures.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, solutions‑oriented professional with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Proven experience managing IT in a multi‑site hospitality or retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with venue managers and operational teams.
• Interest in AI, automation, and digital innovation with a track record of implementing practical technology solutions.
