IT Operations Support Graduate Engineer

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a motivated IT Operations Support Graduate Engineer to join a dedicated customer team. You will work on‑site at our Academic City office in Dubai, providing day‑to‑day operational support, system maintenance, and administration of customer environments.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain IT systems under third‑party supervision.
• Execute daily operational tasks such as health checks, routine maintenance, and capacity planning.
• Monitor system performance, respond to alerts, and take remedial actions.
• Resolve customer trouble tickets and handle service requests submitted by end users.
• Validate and implement change requests, identify anomalies, and perform initial root‑cause diagnosis.
• Prepare and verify test results, develop test simulators and automation tools, and define test strategies.
• Produce clear technical documentation and communicate metrics to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a focus on IT or Telecommunications.
• 0‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong presentation, communication, and administrative abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset, critical thinking, and knowledge‑sharing orientation.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Ability to work onsite daily in Dubai.
