About the role

A growing company in the UAE is seeking an IT Sales Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing showroom operations, and expanding client relationships through consultative sales of computer hardware and IT product solutions. The ideal candidate will manage the end‑to‑end sales cycle—addressing customer inquiries, analyzing hardware specifications, negotiating contracts, and meeting performance targets while providing customer support in a retail or showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sales activities for computer hardware and IT products to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
• Consult with showroom walk‑in and corporate clients to recommend technical hardware solutions.
• Build and cultivate long‑term customer relationships to drive repeat business and cross‑selling.
• Manage daily showroom sales operations, product displays, and customer inquiries.
• Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and track sales performance metrics.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on sales experience specializing in IT products, computer hardware, or technology showroom sales.
• Sound knowledge of computer hardware architectures, IT product specifications, point‑of‑sale systems, and sales pipeline tracking tools.
• Target‑driven mindset with strong customer handling and negotiation skills.
