IT Security Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Analyst to strengthen our cybersecurity posture across the organisation. The role focuses on security monitoring, access management, and implementation of security controls.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and continuous improvement of the cybersecurity and information security framework.
• Establish and maintain security controls for network, systems, users and data access.
• Manage configurations for firewalls, Active Directory, VPN, routers, antivirus and mobile device management.
• Assess user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and recommend improvements.
• Monitor VPN security and align access policies with organisational requirements.
• Identify vulnerabilities and conduct risk and threat assessments across access channels.
• Develop policies for network access, password management and secure data usage.
• Monitor endpoint security and coordinate timely resolution of security issues.
• Assess cybersecurity risks across email systems, databases, websites and other digital platforms.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in IT security or cybersecurity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline.
• Relevant cybersecurity certification is a plus.
