IT Security Operations Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Security Operations Specialist to join a leading organisation in Dubai. The role focuses on securing enterprise infrastructure, governing security processes, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage IT security operations across enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Review infrastructure activities and changes from a security perspective.
• Participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and security governance activities.
• Coordinate with external security vendors and internal IT/infrastructure teams.
• Support vulnerability remediation, patch governance, and security hardening.
• Monitor and improve security controls on servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Assist with incident response, security investigations, and operational risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and procedures.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in IT Security Operations or Infrastructure Security.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure and security operations.
• Experience participating in CABs and change management processes.
• Proven ability to coordinate with security vendors and third‑party providers.
• Good knowledge of operational cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience in large‑scale enterprise environments (preferred).
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications are advantageous.

What we offer
