IT Service Management Consultant (1-year Fixed-Term)

About the role

The IT Service Management Consultant will lead the design, implementation and optimisation of ITSM processes for a leading investment organisation in Abu Dhabi. This 1‑year fixed‑term role focuses on enhancing service quality, compliance and operational efficiency across a mature technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Asset and Configuration Management.
• Configure and enhance ITSM workflows, service catalogues, SLAs, approvals and integrations on enterprise platforms.
• Drive automation and AI‑enabled initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve service delivery.
• Manage CMDB governance, ensure data quality and oversee the IT asset lifecycle.
• Develop performance dashboards, reporting frameworks and continuous‑improvement programmes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT Service Management, IT Operations or ITSM consulting.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices and service‑management frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with major ITSM tools.
• Understanding of CMDB administration, asset management and governance controls.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering or related field; ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
