IT Software Account Manager (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Software Account Manager to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on managing and expanding our software and IT solutions portfolio with existing customers while driving new business acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing Abu Dhabi customer accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Identify, pursue and secure new business opportunities and acquire new customer logos.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate software solutions and services.
• Collaborate with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years proven experience in software and IT solutions account management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software, IT Service Management (ITSM), security solutions and AI technologies.
• Demonstrated experience working with customers in Abu Dhabi.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
