IT Specialist – AI & Technology Solutions

About the role

Al Salah Holding is looking for a hands-on IT Specialist with strong technical knowledge and practical experience using AI tools to support and improve the company's technology and daily operations. The role covers IT support, troubleshooting, system administration and finding ways to use AI and automation to boost efficiency across the group's tourism, restaurant and hospitality businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware, software, network and system issues.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, printers, software and other IT equipment.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, system configurations and basic IT security procedures.
• Identify opportunities to implement AI tools and automation to improve internal workflows.
• Research, test and implement AI tools for business applications, content creation, reporting and administrative processes.
• Support the integration and use of software, business applications and digital tools across departments.
• Maintain IT documentation and monitor system performance.
• Stay up to date on emerging IT technologies, AI developments and automation solutions.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in IT support, IT administration or a similar technical role.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, troubleshooting and basic networking.
• Practical experience using AI tools for business or operational purposes.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and support non-technical employees.
• Previous experience in tourism, travel, hospitality, restaurants or resorts is a plus.
• Experience implementing AI tools, workflow automation or system integrations is a plus.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office and common business applications.
• IT security, user access management and data protection.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, ERP, CRM or HR software is a plus.
• Knowledge of AI automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Make or n8n is a plus.
