IT Staffing Account Manager

About the role

Adecco Middle East is seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager to join its Abu Dhabi team. This player‑coach position combines full‑desk account management with candidate acquisition, allowing you to drive growth for both the company and its clients in the technology recruitment space.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Identify and prospect new client opportunities in the IT staffing market.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing accounts, ensuring client retention.
• Conduct market research to uncover new sectors and customer needs.
• Prepare and negotiate sales contracts in line with legal guidelines.
• Coordinate business meetings and presentations with prospective and current clients.
• Promote Adecco’s staffing solutions to address client objectives and improve revenue margins.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing large accounts in the staffing or recruitment industry.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a full‑desk, 360‑recruiter model.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software for client and candidate management.
