IT Support Engineer (UAE National)

About the role

The IT Support Engineer provides first and second level assistance to end‑users across Al Rostamani Group, delivering both remote and onsite solutions, installations and user guidance.

Key responsibilities

• First and second level support for end‑users, both remote and onsite.
• Investigate, analyse and resolve incidents and service requests logged as tickets.
• Identify potential problems and escalate to the appropriate team.
• Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers and other peripherals.
• Install and configure software and orient users on basic usage and maintenance.
• Assist with ARG and GIT projects and ensure compliance with GIT policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with computer‑related certifications.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience (onsite and remote).
• Solid hands‑on experience with hardware such as laptops, desktops, printers and scanners.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure and ability to communicate in English.
