About the role

Mathews Metal is looking for an experienced IT Support professional to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on delivering reliable technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt technical support and resolve IT‑related issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system problems.
• Assist employees with day‑to‑day IT support needs.
• Support networking and system administration tasks.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, and overall IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose technical issues to minimise downtime.
• Ensure consistent and efficient IT support across the organisation.

Required profile

• Experience in IT support and technical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software support.
• Understanding of networking and system administration.
• Familiarity with user access management and IT infrastructure.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• UAE experience preferred; immediate joiners are a plus.
