IT Support / Help Desk Specialist

About the role

The IT department at Wycon Cosmetics is expanding and seeks an IT Support / Help Desk Specialist to join the team in Dubai. The role focuses on configuring corporate IT devices and delivering first‑level assistance through a ticketing system.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Tier I and Tier II Help Desk support.
• Deliver remote technical assistance to end users.
• Configure corporate assets and workstations, including computers, mobile phones, desk phones, and email accounts.
• Install and maintain operating systems and software applications such as Windows, macOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Monitor and manage tickets to ensure quick response times and effective resolutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of core IT tools and systems.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Technical or scientific educational background.
• Knowledge of a second language (French, Spanish, or Portuguese) is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but entry‑level candidates are considered.
