IT Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking an IT Support Representative to join a government‑related entity in Dubai. You will be responsible for maintaining smooth daily IT operations in a small office environment, providing hands‑on technical assistance to end users.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day IT support and troubleshoot technical issues for office users.
• Maintain Windows‑based systems, user accounts, and standard office applications.
• Assist employees with hardware, software, printer, and connectivity problems.
• Support and maintain internal systems and applications, including updates and user guidance.
• Prepare technical reports, user guides, and system documentation as needed.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on IT support requirements and system matters.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives within the IT environment.

Required profile

• 4–5 years of experience in IT Support, Application Support, or Systems Support.
• Strong background supporting Windows environments and standard office applications.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot day‑to‑day IT and user support issues.
• Arabic speaking ability is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small office setting.
• Immediate or short‑notice availability is preferred.
