IT Support Specialist

About the role

Greenfield International School is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide reliable technical assistance to teachers, staff, and students. You will ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, and network resources across the campus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑user needs and coordinate with service providers.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware issues and perform software installations.
• Handle help‑desk tickets and provide timely support.
• Support teachers and staff with classroom technology.
• Administer iOS devices and the iOS server.
• Deliver desktop support and troubleshooting for the entire school community.
• Oversee IT equipment such as laptop trolleys, computer labs, auditorium, PD rooms, and boardrooms.
• Manage printers, including consumable re‑ordering.
• Rebuild computers when required.
• Set up and dismantle IT equipment for assemblies, presentations, and training sessions.
• Perform other reasonable duties related to school IT operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or an equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar IT support role.
• Strong understanding of school‑based IT environments and regular system updates.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with all staff members.
• Ability to assess hardware inventory and maintain stock for future planning.
• Outstanding organizational and interpersonal abilities, with a calm and diplomatic approach.
