IT Supporter – Dubai

About the role

Monjasa is seeking an IT Supporter to join its global support team based in Dubai. You will work closely with colleagues across Denmark, Singapore, Panama and other locations to deliver high‑quality IT support, drive automation and contribute to the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on support for workstations, equipment and network issues for Monjasa employees.
• Manage the helpdesk, ensuring timely resolution of tickets and a positive user experience.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities using Microsoft Power Platform and Generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with business units to streamline repetitive processes and improve productivity.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding activities, including device provisioning and access management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in IT support or a related technical role.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a proactive approach to improving services.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, international environment.
