IT Systems and Network Administrator

About the role

The IT Systems and Network Administrator will manage, maintain, and support the organization’s IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and secure operations across servers, networks, and end‑user environments.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments (2012, 2016, 2019, 2022) and Active Directory, including Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP.
• Virtualize servers using Hyper‑V and optimize resource allocation.
• Design, configure, and maintain firewalls, VPN connections, and encryption/authentication protocols.
• Plan and implement LAN/WAN topologies, install and support routers, switches, access points, and manage VLANs.
• Provide Level 2/3 support for Cisco, HP, and Aruba network devices.
• Develop and execute backup and recovery strategies, manage backup software/hardware, and integrate cloud backup solutions.
• Serve as primary technical support for end‑users, handling hardware, software, and connectivity issues across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
• Maintain IT infrastructure components such as wireless access points, CCTV, and IP telephony systems.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise in server management, network configuration, and data protection.
• Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
• Hands‑on knowledge of firewall administration, VPN setup, and network security best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network and end‑user issues.
