Junior Accountant

About the role

The Family Clinic Satwa is looking for a Junior Accountant to support its finance team in Dubai. You will assist with month‑end closing, MIS preparation, and operational finance tasks while ensuring data accuracy across reports.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in monthly book closing activities and prepare supporting schedules for accruals, pre‑payments and expense tracking.
• Compile data for monthly MIS packs, maintain revenue and cost trackers, and perform initial variance checks.
• Support preparation of CBD reports and doctors’ revenue‑share calculations, maintaining related documentation.
• Build and maintain control sheets and financial trackers, ensuring consistency across reports.
• Coordinate daily with the GL team on posting status, corrections, missing entries and reconciliation processes.
• Use Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic automation) for data analysis, report preparation and improving reporting formats.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting, analysis, and support during audits, budgeting cycles and reviews.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance; fresh graduates with strong Excel skills are also considered.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical and data‑handling abilities.
• Willingness to learn, adapt and support senior team members.
