Junior Accountant

About the role

Our client is seeking a Junior Accountant to join their Finance team and build a strong foundation in accounting while supporting key financial processes and business reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer receipts accurately and maintain up‑to‑date financial records.
• Support customer account reconciliations and assist in resolving discrepancies.
• Provide backup support for credit control activities and collections processes.
• Assist with month‑end closing activities, financial reconciliations, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare finance reports, dashboards, and analysis to support business decision‑making.
• Contribute to finance process improvements and automation initiatives using Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Copilot.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 0‑3 years of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Exposure to Power BI, Microsoft Copilot, or other reporting and analytics tools is an advantage.

• Must possess a UAE National Family Book.
