Junior Accountant – Real Estate

About the role
MR8, a leading real estate and property development firm in Dubai, is seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Accountant. The role focuses on supporting the finance team with day‑to‑day accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
Key responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash flow records.
- Prepare and issue invoices, ensuring timely billing.
- Support month‑end closing and assist in financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate ledger entries and uphold accounting standards.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous accounting experience in a real estate or property development environment.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from AED 5,000 to AED 8,000 per month.
- Immediate joining preferred.
