Junior Business Analyst – Insurance

About the role

Kingston Stanley is seeking a proactive Junior Business Analyst to support its insurance operations in Abu Dhabi. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work closely with internal teams and external clients, helping to shape solutions that improve efficiency and customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with IT, Marketing, Sales and other internal teams to gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Engage with external clients to understand their needs and ensure accurate capture of requirements.
• Conduct research and analysis to identify business challenges and opportunities within the insurance sector.
• Assist in developing business cases and translating requirements into functional specifications and design documents.
• Support project planning, execution, monitoring and progress tracking.
• Participate in testing, user training and post‑implementation support.
• Stay informed of industry trends and propose continuous improvements to processes and solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
