About the role
We are looking for a Junior Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team. The role offers exposure to both offshore and on‑shore projects, allowing you to develop core technical knowledge while supporting senior engineers.
Key responsibilities
- Gain a solid understanding of departmental systems, procedures and operational standards.
- Assist in offshore and onshore project activities, performing tasks of increasing complexity.
- Participate in technical training programs and courses to acquire discipline‑specific skills.
- Support senior engineers in executing complex assignments and learning construction methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Required profile
- Motivation to develop technical expertise in engineering projects.
- Willingness to attend training and acquire new knowledge.
- Ability to work under supervision and support senior staff.
- Commitment to follow company policies and standards.
