Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

The Junior Graphic Designer will support the design and production of annual reports, sustainability and ESG reports, corporate profiles and other long‑form corporate publications. The position focuses on layout design, typesetting and production, working within established visual systems and brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and production of annual reports and corporate publications.
• Create and refine page layouts, ensuring accuracy and visual consistency.
• Perform typesetting and maintain strong typographic standards throughout documents.
• Prepare master pages, styles, grids, and document structures in InDesign.
• Organise and structure content flow for large multi‑page documents.
• Ensure brand alignment across all visual elements.
• Apply feedback from senior designers and stakeholders efficiently.
• Assist in preparing final artwork and files for print and digital delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong understanding of typography, grids and layout principles.
• Experience working with multi‑page documents is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
• Good time‑management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
