Junior Institutional Relationship Manager

About the role

Bybit is looking for a Junior Institutional Relationship Manager to support its growing institutional client base in the crypto derivatives market. The role will focus on building relationships with trading firms, market makers and other institutional partners, helping them adopt Bybit’s suite of digital finance products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new institutional clients in the crypto derivatives space.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing business and satisfaction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and product developments to spot new opportunities.
• Provide client feedback to product teams to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives.
• Prepare regular performance and market insight reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crypto derivatives or options sales.
• Proven track record working with trading firms, market makers or other institutional clients.
• Strong understanding of global crypto markets and related financial instruments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of crypto derivatives and options products.
• Experience with institutional sales processes.
• Ability to analyse market data and client needs.
