Junior Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Executive to support the development and execution of marketing plans for our veterinary portfolio across the Middle East and Africa. Based in Dubai, you will help build brand awareness, engage audiences, and generate leads through digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Nova Pharma’s social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp using Meta Business Suite.
• Plan, create and schedule posts, monitor performance and optimise content.
• Design and execute email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp, including automation, segmentation and reporting.
• Write compelling copy for social captions and email newsletters.
• Assist with basic graphic design and video editing for digital assets.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) via Meta Business Suite.
• Proven experience using Mailchimp for email campaign setup and performance tracking.
• Strong copywriting ability in English.
• Analytical mindset with capacity to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, able to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
