Junior Master Planner

About the role

Egis is seeking a motivated Junior Master Planner to support master‑planning and urban‑design projects across the UAE. Working under the direct supervision of an urban design lead, you will contribute to the creation of layout studies, diagrams and presentation materials for client and authority submissions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing master‑planning layout studies, diagrams, illustrations and sketches using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Support research, analysis and documentation for urban‑design tasks.
• Collaborate with landscape designers, architects and infrastructure engineers to deliver coordinated multidisciplinary projects.
• Provide creative input on master‑planning concepts under guidance of the lead.
• Develop technical details such as planning guidelines, numerical tabulations and calculations.
• Produce master‑plan drawings, reports and presentations using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Communicate progress and ensure compliance with project deadlines.
• Assist in preparing submission packages for government agencies and other authorities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of professional experience in master planning or urban design.
• Enthusiastic, detail‑oriented and able to work under supervision.
• Strong communication skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Revit.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
