Junior Nurse – Functional & Integrative Medicine

About the role

Joint Space is seeking a motivated Junior Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. This hands‑on position blends clinical care with administrative support within a functional, integrative, and longevity‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection, including patient preparation, labeling, and proper sample handling.
• Assist physicians during consultations, procedures, and treatment planning.
• Record observations, vital signs, and support clinical follow‑up activities.
• Administer IV therapies and other nurse‑led treatments under supervision.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, investigations, treatment bookings, and follow‑up appointments.
• Handle day‑to‑day clinic administration: patient communication, forms, referrals, and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and update patient records.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure clinical supplies are stocked and organized.
• Communicate with laboratories, pharmacies, patients, and the clinical team.
• Follow infection‑control, patient‑safety, and clinical protocols consistently.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse.
• Early‑career or junior candidate; functional medicine experience not required.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and administrative abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a patient‑centred approach.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working within established protocols.
• Team‑oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and develop new clinical skills.
