Junior Nurse – Functional & Integrative Medicine

About the role

Joint Space is seeking a Junior Nurse to join its multidisciplinary team in Dubai. This hands‑on position supports both clinical care and day‑to‑day administration of functional, longevity and integrative health services, offering an early‑career nurse the chance to develop specialised skills in a cutting‑edge environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy and blood collection confidently, including patient preparation, labeling and proper sample handling.
• Support physicians during consultations, procedures and treatment planning.
• Prepare patients, record observations and vital signs, and assist with clinical follow‑up.
• Assist with IV therapies and other nurse‑led treatments under supervision and within scope of practice.
• Coordinate laboratory tests, investigations, treatment bookings and follow‑up appointments.
• Handle day‑to‑day clinic administration, including patient communication, forms, referrals and scheduling.
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation, update patient records and follow up on outstanding tasks.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment and clinical supplies are stocked and ready for use.
• Communicate clearly with laboratories, pharmacies, patients and the wider clinical team.
• Adhere consistently to infection‑control, patient‑safety and clinical protocols.

Required profile

• DHA‑licensed Registered Nurse.
• Early‑career or junior candidate; functional medicine experience not required.
• Strong organisational, administrative and time‑management abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication with a professional, patient‑centred approach.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and comfortable working within established protocols.
• Team‑oriented, proactive and eager to learn and develop new clinical skills.
