Junior Photographer Videographer

About the role

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai, a lifestyle hotel in the heart of Dubai, is looking for a creative and passionate Junior Videographer/Photographer to support its Marketing & Sales team. The role produces high-quality photo and video content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, website updates and promotional initiatives, in line with Hyatt brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of hotel facilities, guest experiences, events, restaurants and promotional activities.
• Assist in planning and executing photo and video shoots for marketing campaigns and social media content.
• Edit and enhance visual content with industry-standard software to ensure professional quality and brand consistency.
• Create short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Organize and maintain a digital library of photos and video assets.
• Support the Marketing & Sales team with creative content for advertisements, presentations, promotions and special projects.
• Ensure all content follows Hyatt brand guidelines and stay up to date on social media, photography and videography trends.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Photography, Videography, Media Production, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
• Previous experience in photography, videography, content creation or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail and visual storytelling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage several projects within deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom, or similar editing software.
• Knowledge of camera equipment, lighting techniques and video production processes.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content trends.
