Junior Product & Analyst Manager

About the role

Our client, a global cards and payments firm, is looking for a Junior Product & Analyst Manager to join the Corporate Products team of a leading UAE bank. The role is a 12‑month embedded assignment, focused on product support, analytics, onboarding and portfolio management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the operational onboarding process for new corporate card customers, tracking actions and coordinating dependencies.
• Monitor activation, first usage and early portfolio performance, flagging gaps for remediation.
• Develop data‑driven insights on spend, transaction volumes, usage trends and customer‑level performance.
• Identify portfolio gaps, support performance analysis and propose optimisation actions.
• Refresh daily dashboards and prepare regular reports for management and executive updates.
• Support business‑as‑usual activities, sales planning and governance related to corporate card growth.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of relevant experience in product support, analytics or portfolio management.
• Immediate availability or able to start within 30 days.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
