Junior Receptionist – Veterinary Clinic

About the role

We are seeking a friendly and organized Junior Receptionist to join Rusty Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. As the first point of contact for pet owners, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the veterinary team with essential administrative duties.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets professionally.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and general inquiries.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage veterinary appointments.
• Register new clients and maintain accurate pet records.
• Check pets in and out for consultations, vaccinations, procedures, and surgeries.
• Explain clinic services, packages, pricing, and payment procedures.
• Prepare invoices and process payments.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, nurses, groomers, and other staff regarding appointments and patient needs.
• Follow up with clients on appointments, test results, medication collection, and other instructions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client and patient information.
• Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Assist with filing, data entry, and daily reports.
• Handle client concerns politely and refer medical questions to appropriate staff.
• Support the senior receptionist or clinic manager with daily operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar receptionist or front‑desk role.
• Based in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow clinic policies.
