Junior Recruiter – Real Estate

About the role

The Junior Recruiter will support full‑cycle hiring for Driven Properties’ key departments, focusing on real‑estate agents and salaried positions across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience in sourcing, screening and coordinating candidates, providing a solid foundation for a career in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior recruiters in managing end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned roles.
• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, direct outreach and referrals.
• Post and maintain job advertisements on multiple platforms.
• Conduct initial screening calls and prepare shortlists for senior review.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Support recruitment events, campaigns and networking activities.
• Keep the applicant tracking system and talent pipeline up to date.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in recruitment, sales or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong interest in building a career in talent acquisition.
• Comfortable with high‑volume outreach and cold contacting.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple openings.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
• Experience using an ATS or similar recruitment software.
