Junior RPA Developer

About the role

Working at Boskalis means contributing to sustainable solutions for complex infrastructural and marine projects. As a Junior RPA Developer you will support business colleagues in identifying, improving and automating operational processes, collaborating with the Integration and Automation team based in the Netherlands while working from our Abu Dhabi office.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development, testing and maintenance of UiPath RPA automations.
• Identify automation opportunities together with business stakeholders.
• Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional process designs.
• Implement new or changed automations and monitor existing ones, troubleshooting operational issues.
• Collaborate with business users, IT colleagues and other RPA developers to improve process efficiency and automation stability.
• Contribute to process standardisation, documentation and continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in operations, process support, IT support or similar business‑focused roles.
• Experience with process improvement, automation and digital solutions.
• Relevant experience with RPA or a strong interest in developing RPA automations, preferably UiPath.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good command of written and spoken English and ability to work independently in an international environment.
• Practical, hands‑on mindset with strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
