Junior Site Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Group AMANA is seeking a Junior Site Engineer to support project execution in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Project Engineer, Electrical Manager and on‑site supervisors to ensure work is delivered on time, within quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Engineer in supervising daily site activities, ensuring compliance with specifications, drawings and safety regulations.
• Coordinate logistics, manpower, material and equipment allocation with the Electrical Manager, Project Manager and Superintendent/Foreman.
• Prepare and submit site documentation (material delivery notes, master labor cards, daily activity reports) within 48 hours.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, material wastage and labor productivity.
• Support the preparation of look‑ahead schedules and weekly progress updates for planning.
• Ensure site image complies with company standards and policies.

Required profile

• Entry‑level engineering graduate or equivalent with at least one month of site exposure.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written procedures.
• Good communication skills to convey drawing information to site staff.
