Junior Sommelier

About the role

Our bartenders are more than beverage enthusiasts; they act as hosts, creating memorable and unique experiences for guests. In this Junior Sommelier position you will support the bar’s operation, stay ahead of trends, and ensure guest service excellence throughout the hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver memorable guest experiences by crafting drinks and providing attentive service.
• Monitor emerging trends, micro‑local offerings, and evolving guest preferences.
• Maintain the bar’s appearance and functionality to the highest standards.
• Build relationships with hotel teams and the local community to anticipate and fulfill guest needs.
• Adhere to company policies, protect assets, maintain confidentiality, and uphold a professional appearance.
• Perform physical duties such as standing for extended periods, lifting up to 25 lb, reaching, bending, and moving equipment.

• Passionate about guest service with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work on your feet for long periods and handle physical tasks safely.
• Willingness to follow safety guidelines, company policies, and maintain confidentiality.
