About the role

Gastronaut Hospitality is seeking a Junior Sous Chef to join its dynamic venues in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the kitchen team in delivering high‑quality dishes while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations and dish preparation.
• Prepare ingredients, oversee plating, and ensure consistent presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
• Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of professional kitchen experience (preferred).
• Solid knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
