About the role

As a Junior Sous Chef, you’re not just leading daily kitchen operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest. You will work closely with both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams to ensure seamless service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team by providing hands‑on leadership and on‑the‑spot coaching for Food & Beverage outlets.
• Oversee production and service, managing daily kitchen operations, production lists, line checks and service flow.
• Enhance menu offerings by developing seasonal menus, promotional features and daily specials.
• Promote cross‑department collaboration, fostering strong relationships between Front of House and Back of House.
• Provide administrative support including stock take management, ordering and scheduling.
