About the role
The Junior Supply Planning Specialist will support the Business Excellence team by executing transactional supply planning activities, ensuring efficient end‑to‑end service for the group. This role focuses on processing requests, maintaining control, and delivering high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Process transactions according to procedures, ensuring timely and accurate recording.
- Receive, process and execute requests in line with business requirements.
- Report major problems and non‑compliance to hierarchy and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and follow up on internal requests.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business Administration.
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong customer focus, attention to detail, communication and teamwork abilities.
- Initiative, cultural awareness, and adaptability to change.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
